The roll formed slat thickness of 1mm and the slat joining curls every 50mm in height form the curtain and an all bearing roller assembly give the door a smoother, longer lifespan than the opposition's product. Our opposition's roller assemblies use a bearing only at one end and bushes throughout the rest if its' construction.

The slats interlock every 50mm giving 5mm thickness of steel more often than our opposition and the unique clipless end locking system is unmatched in the industry. It is manufactured "in house" by E.S.S. Garage Doors in galvanised steel which can be powder coated in the full range of powder coat colours.

The shutter shown is powder coated in Heritage Red and has the flat finish that makes the shutter unique to Colto shutters and is a dream come true for signwriters.
